Two days ago, I wrote an article

"Why your blog can show your

posts/header twice in blogger ?"

And promised you for writing an article about how to get rid of this problem. Many bloggers all over the web are facing the problem of twice posting of posts on their home page/particular posts on their blogs. This is a problem which have a just simple solution but I found that nowhere on the web. So, I thought to write this article for those special people who are suffering from twice posting or having two post element areas in their templates. This solution is also for the people who are facing the problem of two header element areas in their blog template. Due to this problem your visitor see your posts twice on your blog and they become irritate from this, causing loss of traffic to you. So, you just have to do this simple step to remove twice posting.

First of all, I want to tell you that at many blogs or forums you will find a solution of deleting a line script from your blogger template by going into "Edit html" in your blogger account. But I personally found that this is not a working method for getting rid from this problem, because when you remove that script :

<b:widget id='Blog2' locked='true' title='Blog Posts' type='Blog'/>

and then try to save your template, you will get a error from blogger, which I discuss in my previous post, see here . Also trying to remove this script can cause repeating your posts thrice, as I read as I read reviews about this of some people. Therefore this is not a working method exactly for solving the problem of twice posting. Now,

Working Solution for removing twice posting on your blog homepage

First of all, backup your template.
Then go to old interface of blogger (You will get option for it in setting symbol () in upper right corner of your screen on your blog admin area)
After going into old blogger interface, upload your template again (the original template that you are using, if don't have then download that first from anywhere)
During uploading you will get an alert "your template have new widgets" and will get 3 options of saving them, deleting them and 1 other.
Select "delete" new widgets
And after that save your template.
Its done !
